A project to relocate the headquarters of PEACH JOHN, an innerwear brand where 95% of the employees are women. With the theme of enabling women to work lively, walls and corridors that had been divided by materials were eliminated, and the warehouse was made visible. The division into areas by department was abolished and free addresses were introduced to create an open and airy space. The project aimed to create a comfortable work environment where employees spend long hours by consolidating spaces that had overlapping functions, reducing excess space to rest areas, and creating a café and kitchen/dining space.
