Considering the color balance of the main ingredients, neutral environmental colors such as wood and metal, white and dark brown, and charcoal gray were chosen for the interior. The counter is designed with a combination of straight and curved lines to allow customers to move naturally and fluently. Materials were chosen to be as environmentally and people friendly as possible, such as flooring made from reclaimed whiskey oak barrels and recycled fluorescent glass for the façade’s frosted glass.
